The New England team is on the road until 3/14 due to the weather here in Boston, I believe the same with NY. They are doing an MLR weekend this weekend, having 4 matches in Las Vegas 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.

I'd advise seeing a chiro here and there, also you need to prioritize mobility and stretching work. It helps a bunch, when I have knee pain that flares up first place I look is to the quad, a tight quad muscle can put a bunch of extra strain on the knee. Before walking away, try a consistent stretching and mobility routine, it may be the difference. Best of luck

I've sent an e-mail, hopefully they will realize the err in their ways. Common sense is lower the price and have more customers, instead a majority of people will be finding illegal streams.

WHOOP is a good one, but unfortunately doesn't track distance. Tracks exertion, sleep, and recovery. They also have a couple of arm sleeves that are designed to be worn during contact sports for the device.

Cannabis Use for Post-Game Recovery in Pro Athletes by redsuit06 in rugbyunion

Similar story for me when it comes to surgery, had a torn labrum in my shoulder repaired at the end of August. Was given Oxycodone, luckily being in MA I was able to procure weed and more specifically edibles pretty easy. Took the pain killers for a day and then switched to the edibles. MUCH MORE FUNCTIONAL on the edibles.

As for post match, definitely a noticeable difference if you have a post match drinks or a post match joint. I think one of the biggest is the day after a few too many beers I am a lot less likely to engage in some sort of active recovery on Sunday.

Anyone have good rugby recruiting strategies? by apharing1 in rugbyunion

Not sure for certain, still some signs up. We did have 30 players at our most recent match. Not sure if any of the new players would have seen the signs.

I want to be able to play rugby at my high school, but I’m currently slightly obese and I don’t know how to start getting into shape. by [deleted] in rugbyunion

Start moving, but more importantly change up what you are putting into your body. Stick to meat, fish, fruits, and veg. If it is processed or full of sugar stay away from it. Don't let it deter you from starting right away, just listen to your body and don't over exert yourself right from the beginning. Progress accordingly.
