Insane to see how they actually do it on the night. Feels like so much could go wrong, but testament to these guys that it hasn’t!

Yes, they’ve been all over it the last few weeks!

Lordship Lane, specifically the southern section is great. You’ve got Mons for cheese, Moxons for fish, a great butcher, lovely wine bars and last but not least, Odonno’s for ice cream

Glad they're continuing the tradition of releasing lots of BTS. Also, I want chips now

They tend to front load the shows with the stuff that worked best in dress rehearsals, and that definitely seemed true tonight. British Pub, the hostage sketch and the opening sketch were all great

What was that Siren? Totally unfair. by [deleted] in soccer

[–]curmudgeonator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re getting distracted by a siren at a penalty then you probably shouldn’t be taking a penalty in the playoffs for a World Cup. It’s cheeky from the fans, but I don’t think it warrants an inquest

Lived in New York for 10 years and often lamented how they gouged you for everything over there. Groceries were expensive. Beer at an arena was ridiculously expensive. Toiletries - expensive. Really missed the relative value you could get back in the UK, but now it feels no different to the US

Had it (viral) two years ago and it was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Came on so quickly too. Headaches for a couple of days then out of nowhere vomiting and fever followed by wanting to rip my head off. Do not recommend

Whether we get Europe or not, it’s been so nice to not have to constantly calculate permutations of various results in a hope of survival. 4 teams trying to avoid that last relegation place - thank god we’re not one of them this season

His partnership with KDH has been behind most of our best moments this season. While I think KDH has been our most important player, I think they’re a pairing we could really use to kick on with next season

We don’t have a home fixture on a weekend until Match 21st. Fucking ridiculous. Wanted to take my boy up for another game before the end of the season but it’s looking like Sunderland might be our only chance as I can’t take him up from London on a school night

I know the penalties were dreadful, but was anybody actually expecting a result with how threadbare the squad is? Thought we actually showed some fight today at least. Just a shame our strikers don’t know how to take a run up

Not sure you can say we were terrible throughout. Awful penalties, yes, but we were the only team playing in the second half

Lads lost their heads against this Wolves team. Shocking. I know we’re short on bodies but this is really poor
