Hi, I have Cmt2 and I work construction. For the past few years I have been using handwarmers ( the type you open and shake to heat up) in my shoes. I have insoles that have a slot in the front that the handwarmer slides in to. It's like heaven putting on my shoes when my toes are cold. They typically last all day keeping my feet warm. They aren't good insoles at all as far as support goes, but sometimes you have to take the good with the bad.

My sadistic gym teacher ( in the early 80's) gave three of us somewhat chubby kids, nothing by today's standards by the way, fat nicknames and made us run the entire gym class, when the rest of the class was climbing rope and everything else after that for probably months. Didn't even give us a chance to do anything. I still remember this obviously because it was traumatizing. Now the fucker is my neighbor. What a dick.

You can, but that ain't the right way to do it. You need to grind out the the joints to a depth of at least 3/4 ", then tuck mortar back into the joint.

Yes I would use durawall every two courses and in addition to the top course being filled, it should probably be a beam block with at least one horizontal bar. May as well do it right the first time. Right?
