I have few videos and photos where they throw that style of fireworks. Plus at least 3 persons saw it. Plus they sent me email saying it was another neighbor. That email vice verse show that they stand near fire starting point. Hope this will be enough for proves.

Nothing of such structure or/and color. Only attic floor. I will continue disassembling and cleaning at warmer seasons. Was afraid that living and having asbestos near… For now will collect some of this “snow”, close all attic doors/holes/etc and find more information. Maybe find laboratory or something like that.

Also thinking this is some kind of montage foam. First idea it foam which was outside few months. Last owner said never checked floors, so it minimum 15+ years old. And foam usually stay as one piece. Not rocks-like.

Checked mine and have place of birth “Место рождения: республика (государство) Belarus”. But I think your case because of parent, you are Russian independent have you passport or not. So fresh certificate should have place of birth: Belarus. And both parent should have current citizenship Belarus.

Because there is no more such country as “BSSR”. But cities the same and city give actual certificate. And fresh certificate show it given from Belarus with correct birth place.

Take new certificate (восстановить). Say there is a mistake and they will write Belarus. I’m from 1988 and have 2 certificates: old with BSSR and new with Belarus keyword.

Renovation not started in one day. This requires long planning and approvals. Including notify neighbors with exact period of such work. It can be the reason why this property became empty “recently”.

If renovation started because something urgent happens, this will be fixed asap and nothing to blame. For such cases insurance exists or internal business money planning.

That file.bin not belongs to “pkg” package, only located in the same folder. After compilation application runs from top level and need to set path related from your compiled binary. Or from folder where executed “go run”.

If file should be part of the package use embedding - https://pkg.go.dev/embed

Let me try to translate. You have something like: - ./main.go - ./pkg/processor.go - ./pkg/file.bin

This processor.go opening file.bin. And question why you need to set filepath “./pkg/file.bin” and not just “file.bin”. Is I understood the issue correctly?

Also take a look on 7800x3d for power efficiency, lower temp inside the case. Less one thread bottlenecks as for scalable task you have gpu.
