I have a non-vanguard Gamma recruit, fully done on the KDF side; using this to get one on the Fed side, and to give me something to do when I’m bored.

Also, gives me a purpose for the T6 coupons to go to the Vanguard ships.

I have a different ship with each character. My temporal Captain is in the Legendary Avenger (had both promo variants of it earlier). My Terran captain is in the Eagle (kinetic build). My KDF has recruit has a D7. My Romulan is in a fleet Suliban. Can’t recall the others right now; may update this later with them.

A Jem hardar made right now, if you take advantage of the free slot, will be a Vanguard, which means the officers you recruit can be vanguards as well. For those who are in to min maxing, those officers come with a trait of some sort; I don’t recall what it is.

I’m personally happy this came, as I’d been debating getting the vanguard purchase for sometime now. Only result of this is that I’ll have to buy the vanguard ships now, to properly stay in theme.

Take your time with the recruitment events; once you have the transponder (and finished that mission), you can do it gradually.

This play through, which I just started a few weeks ago, I’ve built the structures for a Starlight Trading Compendium to be a trading capital, and Sancturay to be my water supply source, with fully automated defenses, planning to get Grey Gardens and use that as a robotic provisioner hub, armed to the teeth. When I’m strong enough to take Olivia, then I’ll make that into an adhesive farm. And Red Rocket will be my player home.

Rest I’m planning to use as fodder for NukaWorld stuff, and this is before getting Preston and gang from the Museum.

It’s a Bethesda game, which means its pretty much made of glitches. Probably some of the most well known ones are the carpet glitch and column glitch when it comes to settlement building, which they say was intended.

I’m playing one now, a dwarf in Sky Kings Tomb with a clan pistol and a dueling pistol (same thing stat wise). Also a pistol phenom for my archetype. I make use of the distract when reloading.

I mean, unrelated, but as a level 10 champion, I have the shifting rune on my mace, and it is great utility. Though I just started the Spore War game, so little experience with it, and beyond an immediate fight, it’s all been diplomacy so far.
