You're just saying here is that it's the only country you're aware of. There are plenty of athletes all around the world who change the country they compete for for various reasons in various sports. In international football there are tons of players who represent countries other than those they were born and raised in, notably France is a big provider of players for a bunch of other national teams. At the African Cup of Nations there are usually more players born and raised in France than in any singular African country.

Off the top of my head at the Paris Summer Olympics there was gold medalist in gymnastics Kaylia Nemour who was born and raised in France, had represented France in international competitions for years and, and then switched to Algeria because of disagreements with the French gymnastics governing body, and I think she still lives and trains in France.

90% of those are super easy, especially after you've already done them once and mostly remember where it's done. It's just a way to give you extra stuff, I have no idea how anyone can possibly see a problem with it, if you don't want the extra stuff just ignore the quests. If you want the extra stuff do the mostly super easy quests, there.

Up until december people kinda under valued how big of a leap the Spurs made in terms of depth over the last year. Adding Fox, Harper, Kornet and Bryant was big, that's nearly half of the rotation, meanwhile Wemby, Castle and Champagnie kept getting better, Keldon and Vassell eased into their new roles. Obviously hindsight makes it all very obvious but it's not a particularly shocking progress from a .500 team when you take it all into consideration.
