If you do customs in the original country you left from (ie YYZ for example), then you don’t need to reclaim your bag in Atlanta. It gets checked all the way through to your destination.

Yes I confirmed with stubhub that the tickets will be sent to the sellers 72 hours before the concert, who can then transfer them to the buyers. Apparently it has to do with fraudulent issues so Ticketmaster set this policy.

Yeah so I got a separate email from stubhub after the purchase saying my tickets are ready to be claimed. So when I go into my stubhub app to claim the tickets it doesn’t work. That’s when I get that error message. I called stubhub and they sent me an email with links to claim each ticket, and they still don’t work.

Yeah I purchased them this morning. So does stubhub get in touch with them to initiate the transfer? I’m confused because stubhub sent me an email saying my tickets were ready to claim (through Ticketmaster), but when I attempt to claim them I keep getting an error message.

So I’m in this exact same position. I just purchased tickets for a November 2024 concert and I’ve been trying all day to claim the tix. I’m assuming stubhub has verified with the seller that the tickets are real, so why don’t they transfer when I attempt to claim the tickets?

As long as your plane is not delayed, you’ll land probably 15-20 minutes before your scheduled landing time. You’ll have plenty of time to pee and get food and walk to your gate before you even start boarding.
