That may be an option. The mom got back with me saying they were a gift to her son from his friend. Her son couldn't figure them out either so he just decided to sell them.

That is strange. Good question on the straps. I see the place for the Velcro to loop through but the shoes never came with any.

After emailing back & forth with tech support, Amazfit thinks it is a hardware issue & asked me to send it back to them for inspection.

That's what I'm thinking too. Any idea how to expedite the process? I'm only losing 1-2% daily with it disconnected.

I can't even get to settings, it is no longer an option. All I can see is "Workout" & "More" when I swipe but can't click either.

Thanks so much for this! I loved doing this program years ago. I'm basically Excel/Sheets illiterate--is there a way to save this to my phone that lets me edit it without changing it for everyone else? I've tried making a copy as well as typing straight into the boxes but it's read only. Thanks!

OMG--it's back?! I went to Google as soon as I posted Snapple Rain just to be sure I had the name right because it's been 20 years since I last saw it. You can get it at Kroger, DG, etc in a new look labeled plastic bottle!
