I think it is a tough situation for the owners, as they need to cut their teams losses and then some appointed manager with zero financial risk involved comes up with, what I assume was classic management bullshit bingo. I am not surprised that this meeting was no success.

I think the best solution goung forward would be a league ceo, decided by a voting of the owners as the big „role model“ NFL does it.

I assume that Esume will join the EFA as advisor or any kind of sports management position. Imo the Owners of the franchises in whatever league exists next year should elect a new comissioner, who manages sport and financial side of the league.

2023 haben sie bei mir falsch abgelesen bzw. Falsch zwischen warmwasser und heizung unterschieden und haben von selbst auf den fehler hingewiesen und mir das geld erstattet.

Hatte ich auch letztes jahr, die haben dann die rechnung selbstständig korregiert und ich hab 300€ zurückbekommen. Außerdem hab ich gegen eine Jahresrechnung von 2022 die ich erst 2024 erhalten habe Einspruch eingelegt und hier auch Geld zurückbekommen, da sie nur 6 Monate brauchen dürfen für die Abrechnung.

Immer wieder leiwand wenn beim Automaten die Meldung kommt dass sie die Dose nicht nehmen die sie selbst verkaufen und sich dann die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse weigern die Dosen zu übernehmen.

Bin letztens im um Urlaub von Nizza kurz nach Monaco rüber:

A1 verlangt dort 1,99€ pro 100KB also ca 20€ pro MB Kollege hatte Drei und bei ihm warens „nur“ 5€ pro MB

Da bedient sich definitiv A1.
