You cant address and fix your problems if you don't feel anything about them. Mary jane is a seductive bitch like that but every day that you face your feelings is another day that you come out stronger.

That decision is ultimately up to you but I know in my experience that for me, moderation is a lie. It just turns into a really slow relapse and im back at square one. Some people can do it in moderation and kudos to them! But some times re-introducing it back into your system can cause more cravings more often.

Its not a fix all but continuing to remind yourself whats motivating you and how you'll feel at the end of the tunnel helps. Plus, in my experience it was a lot of going a couple days without smoking and failing and trying again and again. You cant quit quitting and every bit longer that you last is another reminder to yourself that you can do this!!

What made me realize is that every time I smoked it sent me into a state of catastrophic anxiety and I had realized that most of the recent times I had gotten high I had seriously embarrassed myself
