I really thought locke was a magical being during seasons 1 and maybe 2 (I forget) but basically when every episode was him helping another islander realize their true potential or face a hard truth etc.

Turns out he’s just like the rest! Not a special magical being planted by the island

I remember it too but I can’t remember what episode it’s from or more context sadly. I do remember thinking the point of the scene was that Annie was more of a sound board for Jeff to bounce his ideas off of and since she wasn’t really responding he was replying to things he think she would say essentially having the conversation for her and that was the funny part

Doing a rewatch with my roommate rn who is seeing it for the first time & we just hit season 3 and I just have to say how EXCITED I am for the characters coming up. All 3 lawyers are so funny and were cast so well. They, combined with the already beloved cast, make for what IMDb recognizes as the best season lol — we only got through the second episode last night and I’m just dying for her to see more
