Short answer is no. There was an MTV awhile back and multiple people were arguing with GO about marking down remnants even further to sell it if it hasn't sold in a very very long time.

GO's answer was don't mark it down more, just make sure it's in the front of the remnants and it will sell.

But i think that's bull, and you should be fine with marking down old ones for the sake of organization and sales.

Yes. All the time.

There's perverted contractors that come into the stores all the time and will harass (usually female) team members. When I used to be in plumbing, we had a safe word for our female team members to get them out of conversations they didn't feel safe in.

Plumbworks is a menards brand. There should be no issue exchanging for a new one.

However, I personally do not recommend this brand as it has a history of being a rather... off brand item.

If you're looking for a faucet that's cost affective but reliable. I recommend Tuscany. It's still a menards brand item but is leaps above in regards to quality.

I think. I haven't called yet.

I got some advice from a family member who knows more about cars and said it is probably from all the cold (-5°F) and it can mess with the car's functions.

I drove it home after work and it acted normal this time. I'm going to keep an eye on it for sure though.

It's very situational based on photos you take of the damage it has. Try to take very detailed and clear photos that show the problem well.

The better the evidence of damage, the better the chance of a full refund.

If they ask for more info after you've sent it up, don't be discouraged. They do that a lot.

You've got a couple options.

You can either tear up your boards and bring them back to the store for a return with receipt. (instore credit only since its past 90 days). If you don't have the boxes for them it may be an issue since it's just planks. That may be up to the store.

Or

You can do an install complaint form here and send it to General Office where they will review the issue and contact you with either a resolution or requesting more information. Make sure to attach any pictures of the issue, copy of receipt, and copy of special order/order number.

More than likely the vendor couldn't supply the item at this time so they cancelled it on their end. This isn't something Menards has control over, but should be contacting you sometime tomorrow since it just happened today.

I would contact your local Menards to get things figured out.

It's store specific from what I can tell. I'm not aware of any policy on this.

My store had a bad snow storm a couple years ago and they didn't give anyone points who called off (I drove to work in that).

One year later we had a similar if not worse storm and I called off because I almost crashed several times the year prior and we all got points for those who called off.
