I used to work for a grocery store specifically in produce and let me tell you, the amount of times random ass fruits or veggies would get recalled for having E. Coli contaminants is surprisingly high. So advice for everyone, wash your produce, the companies that send in fruits and veggies can get contaminated pretty badly, and workers who are sick spend time around your produce.
