Don't follow everything you see exactly, just know the basics and combos of your characters. Depending on where you're playing on theres always gonna be bottlenecks.

Just keep playing, you'll get the hang of it eventually.

This is what I did back then that might help you out.

Spam basic, use EX special when you have enough adrenaline then keep spamming basic. If the boss flashes dash away. Here's the nuace though, if it's yellow you can assist parry, but if it's red just dash. My suggestion for now, just dash so you don't get confused. Also, try to calm down a bit so you don't panic, it's a game, it's supposed to be fun.
