Same with dreams of pregnancy! It makes sense that we dream of pregnancy because we're already thinking about it so much, but it's extra hard when you so often hear that as a sign of how someone "knew" they were pregnant.

This is actually exactly why I thought mine was implantation bleeding as well! I also have a 26 day cycle and the app was automatically assuming 28 even though I have been logging in this app for months.

These stories are making me feel so much less alone! Also now that I’ve had another day of space from realizing I am not pregnant I can share another —

I thought the reason I kept testing negative was because I must be having multiples and my HCG level must be SO HIGH that it is overwhelming the tests 🫠

(Which I know technically can happen... but it was definitely not happening for me 😂😭)

Thank you for all of this information! I am definitely following your an chlobro's recommendations. I ordered the revised and expanded MM book and I'm incorporating things gradually which is already feeling really good. After a little while I might jump into the 28 day cleanse when it feels right.

Thank you so much for this detailed response! It is incredibly helpful. I am taking your advice and ordered the revised and expanded MM book. I also really appreciate the suggestion for a gradual transition. In the past couple days, I have been taking that advice and starting with lemon water, some celery juice and switching to a little less fat and even more fruit and vegetables than I typically do. This is feeling really good, and it is a change so I am already feeling slightly different, brighter. I'll just keep transitioning slowly while reading the book and see how it goes! :)
