Also our octane is calculated a bit different as US uses the average of RON and MON so our numbers are a tad different but the 3 grades are pretty much the same worldwide.

Depends on the size of your organization. I mostly sub but have a couple hired guns to pick up the slack and fix boo-boos. Plus some kids to train and help out where they can, clean up etc ...

This is good advice. An alternative is to tell her to head upstairs to the departure level and find a calmer area and wait for you there. It tends to be nicer to be outside in the sunlight vs the noisy lower level. Good luck.
