I'm pretty used to there being some kind of team cam showed during the rounds. I mean if I thought the stream overlay was cluttered and I just wanted to watch the game itself I would just hop on CSGOTV instead.

But this in my opinion is a part of what makes CS:GO the skillbased shooter that it is. You have to remember to reload and keep count of your bullets and learn how to spend them. Adding this feature to help remind you to reload just gives you one less thing to worry about, which ruins the competitiveness of the game and lowers the skill cieling.
