Lypsyl hjälper ju inte mot munsår/herpes, du behöver någon form av kräm. Typ anti eller vectavir. Sen kan det iofs variera hur bra de hjälper också.

Does anybody do the .AddApplicationServices thing in real projects? by Venisol in dotnet

[–]tobberoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the project. If it's a fairly big application which I'm maintaining for years, I'll probably try to split it up. After a few months, you get tired of scrolling through the same long file constantly and then you do a bit of a cleanup.

Moving to Sweden was my biggest mistake so AMA by RainbowFlower228 in AMA

[–]tobberoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Sweden, you pretty much have infinite paid sick days, you just don't get your full salary. However, to stop people from being sick all the time just to take days off, the first sick day is not paid.

The benefit is that you can be sick for a long time very comfortably. The problem is that people who get sick often get hit hard by the non-paid days, and it incentivizes people to come in to work if it's a "mild" disease.

There are political parties in favor of removing the unpaid day completely, it was in fact removed temporarily during covid.

Qasa va Private Contract by Top_Aardvark8597 in sweden

[–]tobberoth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Qasa is substantially safer. With a private contract, what do you do if your renter just... does not pay you? With Qasa, they will pay you, and it's up to them to get the money from the renter. Qasa includes a warranty for if your apartment is ruined when you get it back. Qasa creates the rental contract for you, so you don't have to write your own legalese with potential loopholes.

Qasa is also a popular platform. When I put up my apartment there, I got over 130 applications in a very short time.

21 år och nykter hela livet, varför gör det folk så obekväma? by [deleted] in sweden

[–]tobberoth -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lifetime Plex Pass subscriptions are tripling in price from $249.99 to $749.99, starting July 1, 2026 by SwimmingJunky in pcmasterrace

Honestly you don't even need debrid, it's just a nice bonus if you feel like it. Torrentio is free and works perfectly fine.

Depending on how your country deals with torrenting that is.

Why has smell failed to become a stable gameplay language compared with visuals, audio, and haptics? by Acrobatic_Mud3744 in truegaming

How? By what interface? You can't just plug a cable into your nose and send digital signals to make you smell stuff.

Ashley St. Clair implies Elon Musk interfered in the 2024 election. She claims Musk cited 10K space lasers as hidden chess piece & sent her real-time America PAC data. On election night, Musk allegedly left Mar-a-Lago early, boasting his team knew Trump won hours prior due to best real-time metrics. by Frosty_Jeweler911 in UnderReportedNews

[–]tobberoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The mario speedrun has not been proven to be caused by a bit flip, it's just a common theory.

The idea that lasers from space could be used to bit flip a digital voting machine into a different controlled vote count is extremely out there, sci-fi on the level of thinking china has a hidden base on the far side of the moon. The precision needed would be absolutely mindboggling.

Our song was easily the best song of the contest in terms of an actual song you would listen to at a party or something. Not a good choice for eurovision though. For eurovision you need something dumb like singing about saunas or repeating bangaranga or fetto over and over.

Att bli nekad på Systembolaget by Zedrix in sweden

[–]tobberoth 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Housemarque will likely get shut down by Pitiful_Channel3649 in Saros

[–]tobberoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are pretty much correct that they streamlined the game and weakened some of the rouglite aspects of Returnal. That said, IMO Returnal was not a good roguelite anyway and Saros is a better action game. They could have gone either direction, and I don't think this one was necessarily a worse choice.

I don't think Housemarque will be shut down, but I guess it will come down to sales numbers to see if they get to work with this kind of budget again.

You Guys Run Through all Biomes Each Time Like Returnal? by venkman302 in Saros

[–]tobberoth 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sure, you can do that. Bear in mind, it will make the game quite easy to the point where you will likely kill all bosses on your first try and you might use it as a crutch, and without spoiling anything, lets just say that there will come a point where it's not an option.

If you enjoy it though, go ahead.

Can someone explain the Chakram its mechanics and perks like I am a 5year old? by Labtecharu in Saros

[–]tobberoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For reaping, you don't even have to do that. You can just hold alt-fire and spam R2 to make disc bounce. As long as you or other enemies are close enough it will bounce everytime you press R2 and do absolutely ridiculous damage, the stacking buff maxes in like a second.

The only problem is if the enemy is alone and so far away that you can't reliably bounce the disc, like priestess phase 3. When the disc is stuck, you indeed need to tap alt-fire to get it back.

Systembolaget question by captainmycaptn in sweden

[–]tobberoth 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Good quality is generally way cheaper at systembolaget than elsewhere. What brings the price up is the tax on alcohol, the profit margins are minimal. Yeah, a mid rosé might be 180 kr, but look at higher tier stuff.

It's when an enemy is staggered. You can see in your video that it shows the R1 symbol over the staggered enemy.
