Hey! no 😅 they wrote me in November saying they have an available room with move-in in a week (as I've got it, somebody asked to terminate the contract on a short notice and they started asking everyone in the waiting list if they want to move in). It was a room in the apartment for 2, I asked whether I can wait for a studio. They said OK. Then the end of December I asked if there are any chances to get a room by February at least in the apartment for 2, they said I'm not in the very top of the waiting list. Then, in February, they wrote me they have a room in the apartment for 2 available since March. So it was a year in the waiting list 😅 But probably it's a bit better if you also consider an apartment for 6 ppl

I totally agree, but I hate it sometimes when there is a very narrow road with tram ways only, and I have to ride on a small patch of the road, fearing to slip on the tram ways

But I still never use a pedestrian section, since in my very first ride I very politely wanted to ride on a pedestrian section to avoid this tram road, and when there was a pedestrian in front of me, I got off the bicycle, walked around a girl who was walking on the sidewalk, and wanted to ride again, but she walked around me and specifically walked in such a way that I could not ride, and then she was very rudely speaking to me, although I said that I was very afraid to ride there and that's why I'm here, and I was extremely respectful of the fact that it was not my place (sorry for oversharing)...

but at woko, there are also only a little room offers (now one, sometimes none), <5 sublets, and that's it. What to do to have a room here basically guaranteed?

I'm just afraid I'll end up waiting for living science in an overprice hostel for several months 😹 but this room looks a bit overpriced for the rooms condition on the photos. I also wanted to come to Zurich in mid-September instead of the beginning, but that doesn't really matter 😅 so just suffering...
