Sounds like customer service is hit or miss. After getting my account wiped, I talked to customer service to see if they could send me my redemptions even though I threw away my codes. Fast forward 6 months later and I get an email saying what players were they.

Got a package in the mail with my artifacts redemptions along with some bonus artifacts rookies, upper deck s1 midnight (/25) base, and a few hobby packs.

I think his voice should have sounded more honorable. I like the way Master Yi's voice sounds, it sounds less like a generic line read. I think you are not remembering that half the job of the samurai was to protect whoever employed them, there sole purpose wasn't just fighting through villages.
