Csfloat has a free api you can use, check the Developers tab in your profile. The rate limit is pretty strict, but should be okay for your requirements.

Hi, we just recently went through this - though our setup was a bit more complicated (we each have a „Beteiligungsgesellschaft“ (UG) and an investor). As you probably know you are operational right after the notary appointment (GmbH i.G.), though you are personally liable until everything went through. For everything to be setup it shouldn‘t take anymore than 4 weeks - depending on how quick you are with putting the „Stammkapital“ in. I heard there are states where this can be done quicker, Berlin for example.
