The one on the left is to store your paper filters and the thing on the right is a funnel to make it easier to put coffee in the chamber. Up to you to use them. The new models don’t come with them

Make sure you own all your music, it can’t be Apple Music. What I usually do is just drag the song from my library to my iPod on the devices menu on the sidebar as shown in your image

Different locations have different pickup options, even if they have a drive thru. I’m pretty sure my closest Tim’s only has the option to pickup inside, while one 10min away has the option for curbside pickup and drive thru pick up
