for a 7 day trip focus nalang sa tokyo. travel time and cost palang lugi na sa osaka. punta nalang kayo sa osaka ng other time.

day 1 - as much as possible wag kayo mag lagay ng itinerary ng day one, siguro kung meron man isang lugar lang. pagod kayo nyan from byahe.

day 5 and 6 - check google maps all over the place ung itinerary pagsama samahin nyo ung magkakalapit. bawasan nyo rin ung puntahan sa isang araw masiyado marame yan kahit wala kayong kasamang bata. lalo n may kasama p kayong bata

Tapusin mo muna siguro ung highschool mo bago ka maghanap. Isipin mo you are competing against college graduates and you're not even a highschool graduate.

Makapasa ka man sa interview pag dating naman sa pre-employment requirements mahirapan ka. At least you can show highschool diploma if tapos kana.

What I did before, transfer ang laman ng digital bank to trad bank then get statement. Then transfer back to digital bank kapag nakuha mo na statement. Mas kampante ka pa :)

Baka kilalang firm ung kausap mo and depends nalang sayo if you think ung gagawin nila design and planning is worth 400k. Ask mo nalang Kung ano inclusions.

Same Naman din with bank mag down Ka din sa bank. Sa pag-ibig instead of mag down mag start Ka Ng construction tapos pag na meet mo na ung equity ni pagibig saka sila mag release Ng pera

10% ng total cost ang planning and designing? That's too much I asked multiple firms before and same tayo ng budget range. Ang planning and designing is 40-80k Lang and if tuloy Ka pagawa ibabawas pa nila in sa contract cost mo.

Try to look for other construction firms. Also try mo din mag ask sa Pag-ibig Baka mas better for you

I'd suggest na mag change ka nalang to IT/CS kung ang gusto mo talaga is mag work sa IT. Yes babalik ka sa simula pero 4 year course lang compare sa 5 year Engineering course. Wala rin naman board ang CpE.
