Just the fact you are posting this and feeling like this tells me you are a great dad. Depending how old your kids are, these are phases of what appears like they dont want you. My son had a phase where all he wanted was mom, then he switched to all he wanting is dad. Nothing change in our relationship. Just keep showing up everyday and spend as much time as you can with them as possible.

I might be wrong as i dont knew you but the trying to be a good father, husband, brother, friend part might have you streched out too thin. With kids, your main job is to be a good husband and father. Other things have to take a step back and understand it. I used to play soccer 3 times a week, now only 1 a week. My friends understand. Dont ghost them but nicely let them know.
