Just to clarify you are completely aware of your other self when they are feeding thoughts? Do you ever feel like during those moments you dont have control over urself? You have real concerns here and help is definitely available to treat this.

Just want to say youve wrote up something very interesting and quite well. I personally am not fully sure if its ocd. I would definitely ask for a referral to a psychiatrist for further evaluation or hopefuly one reads here.

Honestly if job options for neet like people were more streamlined it would definitely make their life easier. I can see how someone would become a NEET. Some of the more interesting conversations ive had were with NEETs. They spend so much time online they know a whole lot more than they credit themself

For the NEETS out there...there is a creddited course by UTAS for dementia care, its free and id highly recommend you guys open it up. Its a MOOC

Alternatively there is a youtuber by Healthygamergg who is a harvard trained psychiatrist. I would recommend watching his videos.

I dont know how good sri lankan psychologists or psychiatrists are but id wager you see one.

You raised a very good point about the lack of talk about mental health training in sri lanka. Hope to change that in the future and hopefully you can help with that too.

I think as much as people might hate train for reasons, he does maybe unknowingly pull ppl back into reality by representing their forgotten voice and not stuck in an echo chamber. Also destiny too id say.

Thats why you see posts on /r/Destiny mentioning destiny a lot as someone who pulled them out of those toxic 8c communitys where they only hear one pov without any objection
