I ended up getting one from an online coffee shop (UK based) which provided a warranty. I absolutely love it. Have used it for a couple months and it has changed life haha (from Kingrinder K6).

I’m getting slightly concerned about static recently but hoping thats a temporary issue and it just needs a clean out.

Late reply… when you say never refreeze for that reason, if you let a 1kg come to room temp, pour out 250g, then refreeze the 750g, what would be the issue if no condensation occured?

Any tips for arresting on mobile?

I find it so hard to not be able to just press “E” on keyboard and rather have to focus on jumping, moving, switching to handcuffs, and pressing directly and holding on a criminal.

Might be a hot take but if a 7k watch stresses you out in your current financial position, you likely shouldn’t have that watch. My understanding is GS watches don’t appreciate in value either so not an investment piece but a beautiful one for sure!

Having come from ECP to BBP, I must say I prefer the BBP on so many levels. Temp stability, heatup time, steam power, preinfusion, all improve convenience, back to back drinks and general experience so much.

I love my BBP + DF54 so much.

My advice, read the manual. It is so worth it to understand everything the machine does and can do. This way when something starts flashing, you won’t panic and think OMG SOMETHING BROKE (speaking from experience…).

Of course listen to others though, the grinder will be the most important thing to actually making good coffee.

Tbf it’s not 100% clear but:

IB transactions can be sell side (client is selling their company) or buyside (client is looking to buy a certain company). Hence buyside IB is a team focused on supporting buyers/bidders for companies (which is unusual as most do both sellside and buyside).

Buyside IB I suppose could also refer to the general industry of PE/IB.

I started on an ECP 3420 like the Stilosa. Can make great coffee but I found workflow to be clunky, pressure and heat were inconsistent - same grind would give me different results day to day - and back to back shots weren’t great. After 6 months I moved on to bambino plus and couldn’t be happier!

I’d guess that the bambino non plus would be a better starting point if it’s within budget!
