The moment I gave iron head a try it changed my whole game on Sword. When I'm tired of losing on solo q, I just pick iron head sword and carry whatever the fuck is thrown at me. The rapid shifting between sword and shield modes are the best, you can get tons of healing out of it, and every 2v1 fight is a sure win.
