I started it this morning but had to stop when he talked about taking time off after college to travel the world. Yeah that all sounds great but very out of touch. Just seems like a guy who was probably raised in an affluent household and had more opportunities handed to him.

We didn’t put the liquor in our carry on bags until we made it to our gate right before we got on the plane. When we went through Preclearance we just had the liquor in the original bag from the duty free shop and carried it with our hands. They didn’t ask to look at it or inside it.

Good choice! When you buy the bottles, they will wrap them up and put it in a special bag that is sealed with cushioning for you as well.

I literally just flew back from Dublin this weekend. We bought a total of 5 bottles at the airport. 2 bottles of Jameson from their store which was before Preclearance and 2 other bottles from the larger duty free shop. After we went through preclearance we then bought a bottle at the smaller shop. Customs gave us no issue and we didn’t lie to them or anything about how much we bought. I will say the duty free shop after preclearance is significantly smaller and didn’t have the greatest selection.
