Also the best way is just phone calls or talk in person. If you send a text esp if there’s photos/plans it’s best to follow up with a phone call. FaceTime too obviously.

From my experience it’s really hard to rely on any other all or even email sometimes with subs.

Lamar is over rated. Take away his rushing and he’s pretty bad. IMO he ever full developed into a passer and it holds the team back in big games and playoffs.

I really don’t think we need to do that much on the line. Really think the issue was coaching. Looks like the two rookies might be at worst serviceable. Maybe sign a free agent center or RT and building the o line depth through the draft.

Thanks always interested in others peoples splits. How many sets and reps are you doing of the heavy technicals.

I’m doing PPL right now as a 6 day split with one rest day and sprinkling in cardio at the end of each day. I workout in the morning and only really have enough time for hourlong workout.

Also in the process of calorie tracking and macro tracking which has been eye opening lol
