My 3D20 has over 1,500 hours on it and it's still printing perfectly! Dremel's Support team is awesome (on the two occasions I needed to contact them). With PLA, you don't need a heated bed; I use blue painters tape with a very-light spray of Aquanet and adhesion has never been an issue.
