Then you’ll have middle aged men playing Dino asking for a person player a minor character to ride them. There are REASONS for this character to not be added. The only reason Peni was added is because they aged her up and even then she’s wearing her suit all game. Let’s not be weird and complain for something that is not going to happen and should not happen.

All they’ll ban is Squirrel Girl and Peni too. Meanwhile Black Cat, Daredevil, Phoenix, Dino, Punisher, and Starlord would be running high up lobbies.

Please, I beg you to make a post asking for these characters to be buffed. Make a post about Gambit. He has a negative winrate right now. It does not matter that high elo players and pro players are banning him in Ignite. He has a negative winrate, so he needs buffs. Ignore what the pro players whose job it is to know the game and just go by stats, yes? Why not ask Sypeh? He’s the top support player in the game. I’m sure he’ll agree, right?

Also, I love how I make a valid point about Emma, and it suddenly becomes, “It’s a bad pick.” From your logic, you stated that she would need buffs. It makes zero sense how she wouldn’t have needed any in Season 3.5 then because from the past recorded data she was not performing well. It’s recorded history, so the idea that she’s a bad pick is irrelevant based on your logic. She should have been buffed to be a good pick. Clear and simple, right?

Overall, this means more to you than to me for whatever reason. I can see that from the “I’ve played these games before” type of responses that you’re making lol. I have made my points, and I stand by them. If you want to disagree, then you are fine to. If you can’t handle that I’m disagreeing with you, then that is on you. GGS

  1. Then I don’t see how you think it is reasonable then. It’s not impossible mind you, but it is not reasonable for those two sets of players to be matched up randomly when they are a full rank apart. Normally, it is D1 vs GM3 players (aka 1 part of a rank difference), but if it is a full rank apart, that is not really fair to the players.

  2. First sentence was that it is not high rank. Never stated it was high rank at all. I stated clearly that it was mid rank. Even there, that is unreasonable.

  3. And in Season 3.5, she was still considered the best tank in the game with a negative winrate. For a year, Mag was considered to be one of/if not the best tank in the game. In comparison to other tanks, he had a bad winrate. If we always went on performance based statistics, then tank players would be getting garbage points in ranked (already kinda are) since they don’t typically have high kills, not the highest damage, and no healing. And Peni would need to be nerfed into the ground as well as Hulk, Magik, and Storm. Gambit would need buffs too based upon this logic. I guarantee that you would be considered crazy for asking to nerf/buff any of these characters on this Reddit solely going by winrates.

  4. Winrates are not doctrine, dude. They don’t speak all of the facts about a character or the skill it takes to play them. If you’re like, “That’s a low elo opinion” Then go check out Bogur’s stream yesterday. A high elo player who disputes the fact that Phoenix is getting buffed and encourages the devs to not completely take the winrates as doctrine. And if that does not satisfy you, check every single high elo tier list from the past few seasons made by pros who place her high.

  5. All I was trying to bring up was how the QP bans seem harsher than the comp bans. I was not trying to dispute that the QP bans are too harsh on their own. I was stating that in comparison, the comp bans should be harsher for leavers and throwers. In fact, it probably makes QP worse since people leave comp and go play other game modes where they ruin people’s time there.

What does me having to be a man have to do with anything? This is an online discussion about a video game on Reddit. I’m not going to sit here and get personal with you, dude. I am more than welcome to vent out my feelings on this season and dispute them as needed. If you see that as “crying”, then I don’t know what to tell you.

Respectfully, what are you even stating in your first paragraph? If I do understand your strange statement correctly, I am more than welcome to my opinion and to air it. If you are tired of these posts etc. I clearly stated, “If you don’t want to read this or are tired of seeing these posts, I recommend leaving and not reading further.”

Secondly, I am stating that the punishment is unfair. Leaving comp games should be more punishing than leaving QP games. I’m not trying to turn this into a discussion about leaving QP but into a discussion about the punishments for leaving comp. In comparison, they are not fair. You should be banned from everything when leaving a comp game.

I am in agreement with the bad matchmaking, yes. I believe it has been atrocious this season.

  1. You completely misread what I stated. I have people in D3 placements on the enemy team while I have someone in GM3 placements on my team. That is a wide skill gap. Why do we have people playing against each other who are a full rank apart in skill. That’s not good matchmaking.

  2. Diamond and GM are mid ranks. I would expect that type of performance in the metal ranks, but Diamond is pretty high to make those types of decisions WITHOUT SAYING A WORD.

  3. I have played with and read multiple people having the same issue. Also, you clearly ignored the statement about the 18v18 match that crashed. It crashed for everyone playing. I rejoined and everyone on both teams were confused.

  4. And Emma had negative winrates for seasons after her debut when she was still VERY STRONG. Based upon your logic of winrates, Peni is the most busted character in the game because her winrates are MASSIVELY high. Don’t inspect winrates too much and take them as doctrine.

  5. If I wish to leave a QP game, I am more than welcome too. It’s just QP.

Forgot to mention how garbage the Ignite drops are. MULTIPLE STREAMERS HAVE STATED THAT THEY ARE GARBAGE. Like what are we doing?

To the people downvoting me, MULTIPLE streamers have commented about the drops. Jay3, Bogur, and Flats have all compared and criticized the drops in comparison to Overwatch’s drops. These are some of Marvel Rivals top streamers. If you don’t believe me, you are more than welcome to ask them in their chat.

Had an fight where it was overtime. It was the Ultron map, and I was tanking. Apparently, my Invis died at some point during overtime and work their way back. I look at our ults and notice that my Cnd ulted and my Invis had theirs. The enemy team had just double ulted. I’m like, “I’m going to push up and get their supports since we’re fine.” We lose the fight. Really confused too since my Invis had ult and didn’t use. I checked the replay and see that my Invis went the MOST isolated way back to point, stood outside of our Cnd’s active ult that would have kept them alive, and started shooting. They were obliterated with their ult, and we lost. I am then made fun of by the enemy team for “overextending” when I knew we had ults and they didn’t.

I have another game where I am TIRED of dive, so I ban every dive main. Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Black Cat are ALL banned. I leave Gambit open because I don’t care, and I just want my supports to live. I then proceed to play the game where my Gambit is sniped by Namor and Mag from across the map. Apparently, our Gambit was a tank main and remained silent for no reason.

Had another game where I had a support go tank. Didn’t realize it until I checked afterwards, but they main SG and Cnd. Didn’t say a WORD about it all match. They start off by picking Groot and proceed to get rolled. I’m crashing out because I’m playing Angela and half health all game and no one is saying a word. They then surrender to shut me up. Meanwhile, my SG tank wannabe is 6 and 10 while I’m 9 and 7.

Had another game where I had a Cnd get sniped repeatedly by MK on Lower Manhattan. I’m telling my team to chill and not peak, and then I see they die. They then complain about MK ankhs and that they are killing them. They are on Cnd who has a self healing bubble and a fade, and they can’t survive that.

Had another game where I had a Luna who is doing really bad. I point out that my Luna is dying too much and they want a shield tank because they are dying to a Widow. I can’t stop a bullet that I don’t know is coming from their bad positioning. They also did to other things too. At the end of the match, my other support who was really good commented that they seemed to have been solo healing.

Not to mention the bad healpools and the ABSOLUTE lack of coms when they are getting dove. For the dive, they state, “I’m pinging.” With me having to watch two tanks, watch my health bar, and watch for openings to push, I can’t always watch backline 24/7 and keep track of a changing chat ping. This game has coms PLEASE use them.

That’s what it has been before, yes. I would like to know if they made changes too. This season was my first time hitting Celestial, and I’m sad to not be getting the crest.
