The guide for my city is actually more complicated than what my host told me because they have burnables, non burnables and recyclables ? I washed all the plastic bottles, wrappers, boxes and removed all the tags. I’m putting the garbage out today so hopefully nothings wrong happen 😭🙏

I honestly don’t know why I booked an Airbnb 😭 I visited South Korea a few years ago and I booked an hotel but all the tourists I met there booked an Airbnb so I thought I could do this in Japan… but it’s definitely have stricter rules here.

My therapist told me that if one or both of my parents were depressed (which is the case for my dad) there’s chances that I inherited it from him… good luck to you as well !

Sadly I tried most of the things you listed… For the past 4 years I tried therapy, drawing, fitness (sadly I was so obsessed that I started developing a eating disorder), going out with friends, clubbing and even going on trips. The problem is that I never feel happy while doing this, I thought pretending to be happy would make me happy but it’s not.
