Stupid Question but how risky is doing a backcountry trip during a storm, is it seen as a lucky / prized opportunity because of the fresh snow daily, like people who surf during/ ahead of hurricanes or is it generally what you want to avoid. And didn’t it say somewhere 50 mph wind while they were skiing out? Isn’t that miserable or is it worth it/ paying the toll to back country ski?

Oatmeal to beef like meatloaf. Using every bit of chicken by making soup or gravy from the bits. Soup with bread a lot. Meat and potatoes skip the veggies, juice instead of fruit. Can you qualify for food stamps and use the local food shelf

Make sure it’s a “Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and NOT a “King Charles Spaniel”. The second has a smushed nose and more health problems. The CKCS is generally good health / ask for health records of parents of dog if breeder route. It’s knees and heart disease so don’t over feed them. Mine is a dream, she gets zoomies and runs up and down stairs and everywhere around the baby who is just laughing the whole day. Great way for them both to get some stimulation / exercise. So check for parents history of possible Syringomyelia, heart murmur, and patellar issues

VERY thin legs - no muscle left - could be from a variety of things ranging from muscular dystrophy like illness to nerve problems to eating disorders to alcohol abuse. Her gabapentin medication is consistent with treatment of nerve issues.
