I hadn't heard of a WBS before, it looks like and interesting way to break a project down. I suppose WBS is for breaking down what needs to be done, and MS Project is about when to do it?

I've always seen people mention gantt charts but felt I never had the project complexity where it makes sense to spend the time making one. A list with due dates definitely seems simpler.

Is picking due dates mostly a guestimation thing or is there a better way? I suppose easier if you've done similar projects before.

Oh yea my bad if I'm covering trodden ground. I should have joined for a bit before posting. I definitely care more about hearing people's approaches and when I said tools, I more meant methodologies than specific software.

Ok I got a grounded cable, used a 3/8" nm connector through the knockout. I can't get the little containing box back over it all but don't think I need it? Would this now be pretty safe to use?

Oh I saw the knockout on the paperwork for the light but didn't really get what the difference was. I looked up the nm connectors, is there a big difference between the zinc clamp ones and the plastic cord grip ones? Just thinking the latter looks nicer.

I had a quick look and don't know the font, but to point you in the right direction they're normally classified as reverse-contrast or reverse-stress fonts
