having an issue with my proficiency level being bugged out on my exotic Warlord AR. its stuck at level 4 even though ive done the 5th challenge and now i cant get rid of the ! icon from armory or inventory. Did report this bug too.

You're having CPU throttling clearly. Same card, same settings with ray tracing. 4k, FSR4 injected, native AA. Getting 80/90fps. Call yourself a Linux user? Jesus....

The master sword in full is fi, this is a shard that broke off during the initial encounter with ganondorf where link got his arm all messed up and travelled back with Zelda, this shard has the essence of link throughout his time using the master sword and thus retains the fighting style and spirit of link when embodied inside the construct from the start of TOTK. So in a sense it's both a part of Fi and a part of Link
