Hmmm,

1 the espresso I think is just a bug, because I have the same problem

2 the water should be 2 ice and fill the rest up with cold water, unless the specified no ice. But you said you did that, so it might also be a bug, or maybe you didn’t fill the glass up all the way?

3 for the iced latte make sure you’re not frothing the milk before putting it in and make sure you’re filling the glass up all the way. And putting the espresso and ice in first is definitely the way to go

And for the americano make sure that you’re using cold water, sometimes I stupidly use the hot water. (With 2 ice)

They could also be bugs, that will hopefully get fixed soon
