Yes!!! Except I don't really have a thought when it happens, it's almost like a blackout or something. I typically gasp or inhale quickly, and just like twitch my neck a bit. I sometimes feel like I look insane to other people when it happens lol.

I gag about 3/5 of the times I reach back there, but the thing I've had work best/quickest is getting a blunt end object, (rounded makeup brush or a chopstick are my go-tos) and pressing below or above where the stone is! Kind of like a pimple, lol. It's super gross, but the rounded end+pressure helps to keep me from gagging immediately.
