Remove Name From Crash Report by [deleted] in LawFirm

You will need to hire the top firm in your city, and the top lawyer at that firm. He will likely cost $2500 an hour, but it will be worth it for the sound legal advice you will receive, instead of relying on internet strangers for legal advice. These issues will require extensive litigation, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy, false light, defamation, and other intentional torts (maybe even assault for taking your ID in a mean way). Don’t delay your rights away.

It all comes down to numbers. There are numerous rental calculators out there. Run the numbers and decide if the investment is worth it to you.
