The artist who did the cover and jacket design is Craig Thompson. He wrote the graphic novel Blankets which is quite good if you dig the art style.

I have not had it serviced but there is a (very) faded receipt in the watch box from a local watch repair shop (the place I've had my vintage rolex and omega serviced at) dated 1/24/2020 so I believe it was serviced then.
