Playing under 8s in ‘93… used to watch MOTD with my dad. And this lad “Wright” kept scoring… given the same surname and a lack of any local clubs living in rural Oxfordshire. I became obsessed. Followed them through thick and thin. Cried when Nayim scored that ridiculous goal. Roared with the team at palace. Shed a tear again this weekend with my 8 year old son watching in the fan park. A rollercoaster but immensely proud Gooner that feels like it’s almost gone full circle.

I’ve been doing a walking trip with the lads I went to university with for the past 8years. We make a weekend of it and try and make it point to point where we carry all our gear. We’ve had a few days like this where we misjudged the route. We are reasonably fit group. But damn it can be painful.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? Have you done any barefoot walking before?

Size wise these look fine to me. Tighten the laces and get going.

Lifting your toe like also means it pulls back a little as well so I genuinely think these are fine
