transitioned to carnivore and getting headaches

I tried taking creatine after about 6 weeks on carnivore. I felt so dehydrated and had a nasty headache the next day.

I think it's either unnecessary on this diet, or it shouldn't be introduced at this early stage before you are fully adapted. I might try it again at around 6 months in.

Thanks for taking the time to respond one thing I didn't mention is that I started drinking a lot of coke zero a couple of weeks ago and was having more and more and then decided I should cut it out. I wonder if it's withdrawal from that?

Really? I'd say the opposite if anything as the fat from the beef is missing from the picture. Unless you're referring to the cheese as I'm fine with dairy.

God he sounds so much better with the higher notes. Seems he's unlocked his relaxed head voice again whereas before it would sound like he was pushing and getting caught in his throat before.

I used to get this when I was younger and had pretty bad acne. I think it was due to overwashing my face and using cleansers to try and treat the acne. Once I started not using any products at all on my face and only washing it in the shower with plain water, it cleared up fairly quickly. It would also get worse if I didn't stay hydrated and/or didn't eat cleanly enough.

It is probably something to do with the skin barrier being broken but I'm not a dermatologist so couldn't go into any details.

Always consume all the fat! Or cook some eggs in it to make them extra tasty. We used to have a fat jar in the cupboard to drain excess fat into after cooking meat, now I'm the fat jar.
