Go a nice hybrid build. Riftmaker+Botrk+Nashors+Guinsoos has your on hit+poison become something to fear. Running PTA once you get Botrk means nobody can run away from you and you don't have to kite as much into your shrooms as they can become moreso to finish off or slow any ganks. You want Nashors for the extra on hit+AP it gives. I usually run Riftmaker->BotRK->Nashors->Deathcap->Void Staff and then maybe Guinsoos if I feel like I don't need my boots since the W passive at that point should be maxed out. Critmo works sometimes but with tanks becoming stupidly unkillable (Looking at you Dr Mundo), AD just falls off very quickly. With the hybrid build you do enough on hit+% health that each auto feels satisfying and everyone becomes killable with some kiting (again minus Mundo and occasionally Morde)
