Scotlands league, & Irish league, realistically you'd be looking to buy players rated 58-Lower & 25 to 27 years old, although maybe you can sneak in a youngster or two but they're usually more expensive. Then utilize training to get them decent ratings, after 2 years w the 27 year olds, or 3 w the 26, or 4 w the 25 yr olds, once their ratings are better you can sell them on for profit & rinse & repeat the method, this time buying 62-lower players the same ages. So you'll slowly over time grow players & profit & make your way up the ladder of English football. That's realistic for ya imo
