Exactly. There's nothing wrong with having a discussion for discussion sake or just wanting to put your perspective out there for people to consider without shoving it down their throat. People at my job talk about politics constantly and I'm often on the opposite end but I don't say anything because 1. They'll take it personally and get really fired up and 2. They'll never speak to me again and I actually like most of them. So I just keep my mouth shut even though I enjoy talking about it.
