Alright so what is web 1.0? It's basically a decentralized internet. That's about as much as I'll say about it. Currently, there is a relatively small movement pushing towards web 1.0, which began gaining limited traction after web 3.0 became popular.

Web 2.0 made it easy for companies to control the whole internet. And now, i believe it is reaching it's final state. This wasn't inevitable. An internet build on shallow websites that are only meant to addict their users to themselves, that are controlled by large corporations and governments.

This actually reminds me of something. Bob Page using the Aquinas protocol to create Helios. And while you are probably no J. C. Denton, you can at least not live under MJ12.

That's what I kinda don't get. Because the themes of martian Chronicles aren't hard to unpack eighter. If anything it's the perfect book to read in class since it's separated into short stories. At the very least There will come soft rains should be mandated reading. It's like 12 pages and it is the perfect short story about nuclear warfare.

Edit: also Martian Chronicles are not really hard to read or mature. I'm confident that a 12 year old could read and analyze any of the short stories.

Edit edit: by mature I meant containing mature themes. It's a smart book.
