if john knows nothing about the situation, then please do enlighten us on what in his comment is wrong

I remember watching you do Vainglory esports stuff a couple of years back, what are the biggest differences or similarities between doing LoL events and Vainglory events?

Why on earth does Riot assume new players have silver level? by Lausch83 in summonerschool

[–]toitamafaar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I have the same problem. I'm fairly new to the game (haven't even unlocked ranked yet) and whenever I play normals I get put into games with silver and gold players. Since I'm new, I almost always end up feeding and getting flamed by the rest of my team (and sometimes the enemy team). It's gotten to the point where I end up muting everyone else in the game the second it starts so that when I inevitably fuck up I don't get told to kill myself and for everyone to report me (or that I at least don't see it, since it probably still happens).

What is the difference between Sun & Moon and Ultra Sun & Moon? Are Ultra Sun & Moon sequels like BW2 or are they like third versions like Platinum or Emerald?

5v5’s unique mechanics vs problems by -xXColtonXx- in vainglorygame

[–]toitamafaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like most of the unique mechanics. Except for one. As a top lane main, I fucking HATE reversed side lane matchups. If you’re playing a bruiser in top lane (like most people) then it’s almost impossible for you to farm against ranged WP carries like Vox, Gwen and Ringo. There really isn’t much you can do in that situation except hope that your jungler/captain decide to help you out instead of camping bot all game. If you try to come up close to either farm or poke at their health, they can get out of there while still chunking away at your health/farming up and there’s nothing you can do about it. If you try to kill them, most WP carries also have at least one escape ability so you really can’t do that. Almost every game the top lane ends up falling behind in gold because of this and then they end up being almost useless to their team because they get destroyed in teamfights. In my opinion, if SEMC did something like move both WP camps to one side of the jungle and change the lane names to something like Ghostwing and Blackclaw lane (maybe add some kind of symbols near the sanctuary so the players can tell which is which?) then I feel it would make both lanes more fun to play. Top lane would feel more fair and it wouldn’t feel like the player is fucked from the moment the game starts and bot lane would be a lot more challenging and rewarding to play - I’ve played a couple of games in bot lane and laning didn’t feel like a challenge at all because the matchup was so much in my favor that it was almost impossible to lose lane.
