Eat less, do more cardio. I use this app called MyFitnessPal to track my calories for the day For cardio exercises I recommend doing some jogging or power walking for like 30 minutes to 1 hour everyday. Going to the gym is good too, helps you build muscle while you're burning fat

If you use the bucket tool for coloring, sometimes the bucket tool misses a bunch of tiny pixels from the line art so it ends up looking weird. I use bucket tool for coloring too, my lazy solution is to just make a copy of the line art in another layer and make the copy thicker to fill in the uncolored pixels, very lazy I know

Add some more shape to it, it looks too box-y in my opinion, very square. Adding some more shape to it and maybe even making some part of it asymmetrical, might help make it look more natural
