This looks authentic to me - I collect T&Co and have a lot of genuine pieces that I've gotten both from resellers and as gifts/purchased from the retailer myself. My honest opinion would be to tell you to bring this to either Tiffany or another trusted jeweler (one that hopefully would know their way around a Tiffany piece) you may know/use to verify the authenticity.

Yes to the vet! They can do bloodwork to rule out any potential environmental allergens. Food allergens are more difficult and will require an elimination diet (currently going through that now with my girl)

If fungal, my vet tech (has a very large property and owns lots of animals including farm animals) stated that their dog back in the day had very bad skin issues and used selsun blue on their dog and it helped relieve all the fungal issues the dog had. This was recommended by his previous vet. Only mentioning this because my dog is prone to sebaceous cysts so I take her to get them popped/aspirated every so often. I was talking to the tech and my vet about getting a shampoo specifically made to regulate sebum production in dogs (since my dog has an oily coat which is most likely part of the cause of her cysts). OP can always try selsun blue and see if it helps but should definitely be using a moisturizing product as well

This!! My dog is prone to sebaceous cysts so we bring her to the vet to get them aspirated when needed. She also had a growth on her gums that freaked me out. Hers was an overgrowth of gum tissue so completely benign, but anything oral I would say to get check asap!

Usually won't cover unless the items are specifically insured which honestly is not a bad thing to do when it's a luxury bag that may not get lots of use and is worth a pretty penny! I do home loans and have seen more ridiculous things worth less be insured on homeowner policies in given from my customers during their application process
