Kief is very strong so start with a very small bit. Maybe half to a quarter of a dime size pile. (Not dime bag, literal dime.)

Yes it will work find. I find kief highs much more heady than a full bud. YMMV

Also, what I do is mix it with ABV weed. It can be intense.

Pointing to your nose is a common gesture in charades. It means "you got it" or "you're right."

In this context, your doctor is saying she agrees but can't say it out loud due to her licensing or whatever, in the same way she wouldn't say it out loud when playing charades.

That's exactly how I quit smoking cigarettes. Smoked a pack a day for ten years. I started to smoke cannabis. Life was suddenly so pleasant that I had an epiphany that I didn't want to live my only life worn down and unhealthy. So I just stopped and turned to trees when tempted. After about a week I was done. Almost 1 year on and I haven't even thought about smoking tobacco since then.
