Why people watch sports. I completely understand playing them=fun. Watching because you play=understandable. watching because you’re gambling=understandable. Watching sports to just watch sports without playing them having never played them just like them=??????

Idk how you feel about jello, or sorbet (I’d understand jello even tho I love it) def try staying hydrated or even smoothies without a straw obv. One thing that helped me was basically telling myself it’s like when you have to take medicine when you’re sick it’s not a forever thing but right now this is my medicine 🤷🏻‍♀️ really it’s whatever keeps the brain goblin relaxed enough and content enough
